About Cherry Wine

We made our Cherry Wine from carefully selected cherries that ripened beautifully in Czech and Slovak orchards. The flavor is boldly fruity and pleasantly sweet. You could easily recognize it by taste even with your eyes closed. And the aroma? It’s like a glass of cherry compote!

How to Drink Cherry Wine

Drink Cherry Wine however you like. You can sip it all evening or enjoy it by the glass over several days. Just like red wine, Cherry Wine doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Simply store it at room temperature. But it’s also refreshing with a few ice cubes.

In winter, we swear by its mulled version. Heat Cherry Wine to about 60 degrees Celsius (once it starts to foam, it shouldn’t boil!) and you have a perfect mulled wine. Just be sure not to add cinnamon or cloves, as it would throw the flavor off balance!

Cherry Wine is fantastic for cooking. Add it to the juices released from a steak to create a superb sauce. If you can’t resist sweets, you must try tiramisu with Cherry Wine. Soak the ladyfingers in it, and you’ll experience heaven in your mouth. Or soak raisins or other dried fruits in it. You can even use it to make a slightly unconventional jam for spreading on… pancakes, of course. Cherry Wine pairs best with high-quality dark chocolate or desserts made with Cherry Wine.
