We couldn't resist even on vacation. While sipping Pina Colada made from fresh pineapple juice, we asked ourselves a crucial question... Can you make wine from pineapple? After returning, we immediately started experimenting, and it worked!
How to Enjoy Pineapple Wine?
The best part is that it tastes great in every way. Drink pineapple wine chilled like a classic white wine, or try its summer version with ice cubes.
Pineapple wine pairs excellently with young cheeses, curd desserts, vegetable and fruit salads. It tastes divine with all exotic ingredients, like pancakes with banana and chocolate spread.
Try pineapple wine as a digestif after lunch - just half a deciliter will do. We also recommend one whole deciliter before bed - to balance your blood pressure and invite dreams of tropical islands.
